This morning, as scheduled, a young man from your company came to clean our windows, exterior only.  I had not contracted with Virginia Window Washing to do the storm doors, the transom over the front door, or the windows on the garage doors.  The young man did all of them and in addition swept the spider webs away from above the garage doors and did a thorough job of cleaning the windows and all around the windows.    It is unusual in this day and age to have someone do more than they are paid to do.  I call it going the extra mile!  I was so impressed and pleased.

 We had a great experience!!! Josh came for an estimate the same day that I initially requested help. He came at the appointed time, and completed the project well. Our windows have never looked so good!!! Josh was very polite, and honest. We felt quite comfortable having him in our home, and were well pleased with his work. We will call again!
